Just Wanted to tell everyone not to use them.
My mom's garage was flooded , she went outside to get the dog and slipped and fell on the garage floor and busted her knee. She couldn't get up so she screamed for help (She had carpet cleaners there as well). My sister got a call that the ambulance was there and they were loading her up. As she is being loaded in the ambulance Mullin Plumbing shows up. She asked them to go ahead and do the work, her neighbor could come over while they were there, and the carpet guys would be there for awhile. They told her the only way they'd still do the work is if she left him her credit card. Well in this day in age...no way she was doing that!! So the guy said that she would have to pay a service call fee no matter what for him coming out. The paramedic stepped him aside and tried talking to him about not paying a service call...my word SHE IS IN AN AMBULANCE GETTING TAKEN AWAY!!!!!
SO my sister called from the ER to talk to management at Mullin Plumbing and told them what happened (Per my mom and two paramedics) and was told that basically it was our word against their worker's word, and that guy has worked there for a long time and says he never said anything, etc. She was very adement about them being right and would not even offer up an artificial apology to my mom, the situation, or offer to try to get the service call finished.
Not Only is this company bad to do business with but completely UNETHICAL to ask a lady to pay them a service charge while she's sitting in an ambulance!
